I am trying out notetaking on my iPad Air 13", Remarkable Paper Pro and will be trying the new Kindle Scribe when it comes out in December. I want it for taking notes for college courses. I had a regular ESR screen protector on it already but it was too slippery feeling. So I gave this a try. It does add a roughness to the screen that does improve the writing feel on the iPad. I actually like the matte finish just for it being less reflective. But there is a slight loss of resolution with this on it so there is a trade off. I don’t do anything high end on my iPad so the trade off is fine for me. I will leave this protector on even if I decide not to keep using it for notes. The install is one of the better ones out there. It is basically impossible to not have a couple dust specs and thus a couple small bubbles, but that is no different than any other screen protector install out there. So I would recommend this if you are trying to improve the feel for handwritten notes or just wanting a less reflective screen protector.

The screen protector was super easy to use but I didn’t read the directions so it’s a bit off which I can ignore at the moment. The only thing I didn’t like was how hard it was to get bubbles out of the screen.

And make sure your iPad is facing the right way- thankfully the product comes with 2 sheets so my first was a mess-up (my fault, I was tired and wasn’t paying enough attention). The product itself is great, the texture is soft and paper-like just as promised. It also somehow softens the light coming from the screen. Has no issue registering my Apple Pencil nor my fingers. Fits as close to the edges as possible without hindering an outside case. Would recommend!

The problem with many screen savers are impossible to get rid of bubbles. This one doesn’t. It works perfectly. It’s easy to use. I like that you get two screens. It also works great with an electronic pen which I bought. I highly recommend it.
