This paper feel screen protector is exactly what I was looking for, but I found it quite hard to apply. The iPad sits in a plastic tray and the protector clips into one of the sides to apply. I actually wasted one of the two protectors because it went on sideways and got a bunch of dust stuck underneath. Even with the second application, I wasn’t able to avoid dust getting under. It’s hard to line it up properly to make sure it goes on level rather than at an angle.

After wasting £35 on the oh-so-sponsored-on-YT Paperlike screen protectors, I turned to ESR. The installation was smooth and easy, and no bubbles! The installation tool worked great!

The paper-feel is really good and the application process is easy. The only con is that there’s a lot of those really really small annoying air bubbles that you need to get out using the rubber tool provided, otherwise, its really a game changer for people who draw/take notes on iPad.

This is not great to draw on and very rough to the touch

I just put this screen on my iPad and I’m VERY pleased with how easy it was, the quality of the packaging/tools, and the quality of the product overall. When putting it on I did have a few bubbles, but it was easy enough to pick up and re-do it to remove those. The glare is much more muted than without. So far, I’m looking forward to see how durable it will be against scratches and adhesion over time.

Feels more like a matte screen protector than paper like. Also there’s a rainbow glare if your drawing with a lampEdit: their support team was really nice and helpful. They provided a refund as well as a replacement for another one of their paper like screen product. 5/5 for customer service.

The company’s description was accurate but did not convey the degree of roughness which I found to be a little too rough. Installation instructions were confusing and the first protector was ruined in the application. The second protector was installed successfully. The application guide frame works very well.Feedback to the company regarding roughness and confusing installation instructions was met with a quick response and an offer to provide a substitute protector. Very impressed with their customer service.

Film has a bit of a scratch? I noticed it while putting it in, not sure if you can see it in the video. Also, I know it’s a “paper feel” protector but it’s a bit gritty than paper actually is, this is a bit unique but the feeling of it kinda bothers me.The application was fairly easy, there’s a QR code for a video too.Using the pencil with this cover is nice, WAY bette than bare glass. I did still get some dust stuck under but luckily there is two. Unfortunately this seems to be on the priced side of screen protectors but I feel like there are better out there.
