I was excited to get those case to protect my airpod 4s. The case came good but the string attatched to it was cut/ripped when i got it. Good case but bad packaging i assume and i hope for a refund or replacement

I really like the simple, sharp design and style of this case. The cutout portion on the back allows for easy opening. I preferred it without the strap and appreciated that it was easily removable. All ports are easily accessible. There is a rounded indentation that nicely aligns to my Apple Watch charger. Unimportant, but I also like that it “stands” upright.

I was amazed at the prior reach out from the company before I even received the item that if any issues please let us know and we will replace, fix, return, refund. That was amazing customer service before I even received the product. Just FYI item arrived on time as scheduled, no issues with delivery.Once I opened the case it was nice to see the amount of information and protection so far as customer service they have provided in the package.Now onto the product the topics magnetic, however it does have a tight magnetic hold. I give this product a 5 star because it gives really good customer service but also this case is strong, and seems to be very durable. Good quality product.Like this video.
