So far everything is great with this Case! Looks and feels great and keeps my airpod pro 2’s nice and safe! Great MagSafe charging capability with the option to charge from the bottom with a cable as well! Top of the case has a small amount of adhesive on it on the inside so when you put your case together it sticks firmly to the lid so that the magnetic open/close feature works seamlessly.

I received the product and placed the case on the AirPod pro case. It was easy to install -Really just putting it on – though I did watch their video first. It has only been on a few hours but feels sturdy, protective, the locking mechanism works, and it is attractive. I cannot speak to if it works over time or when dropped as I have not had it long enough. I am writing this review not because this review is REQUIRED by the manufacturer to receive their 24-month extended product warranty. You have to then upload a photo of the review to prove it.

I love my AirPod pros, and I love the snap of shutting the case. I finally found something that I enjoy just as much—which is sliding them open with this ESR rugged case. It’s very sturdy and provides ample protection. I’m still able to charge through the back on traditional or MagSafe charger without removing the case and there is still access to the lightning port for when needed. There is adhesion in/to the top, so no awkward joint that interferes with the original hatch. It also included a cleaning tool and a tool to remove the AirPod case from this case. 5/5 stars

The opening mechanism on this case is very satisfying to use. Installation took 30 seconds. Feels pretty secure. I previously had a silicone case that didn’t inspire confidence. This even came with an Airpods case cleaning brush and a tool to make removing the case easier.

ESR has outdone themselves again with this design! I gave up on AirPod cases because there was never a good design that had the functionality of charging and with a fully functional locking lid…until now!I love the design, color options, and optional carabiner for convenience.

I’ve been using the older ESR AirPods case for a long time. It was interesting to see that a newer version comes with a lock. With that curiosity, I decided to try it out. Admittedly, opening the case required a different action. Initially, I had trouble fully opening the case as my fingers around the top part could unintentionally lock the lid, and releasing the latch would attract the magnets. However, I acknowledge that it’s a matter of getting used to a different action. After some time, I was able to open it without issue. One significant advantage of this case over the older one is that there is no way to accidentally open the case and shift the AirPods out. Occasionally, with the older cases, one bud would accidentally shift around and be dead when I needed to use it. So far, I haven’t had that issue with this case. Also, a small detail worth noting is that the easy-press button also has a magnetic surface. This feature may help it attach to Magsafe or watch chargers.Overall, I have no complaints and look forward to using this case.

I like this case for what it is – an AirPods Pro (Gen 2) protector. The switch is very satisfying to use, and feels as though it will stay shut in a fall. The case stays on nicely, even without the use of adhesive. I like the magnets on the back, the AirPods connect nicely to MagSafe and Apple Watch chargers (also normal wireless chargers)Two drawbacks- The included carabiner looks nice, but feels extremely cheap. And the case makes the AirPods Pro case much bulkier, though that is to be expected when putting a case on the AirPods case.I don’t know if I will continue to use it due to the added bulk, but if clipping your AirPods to a bag and making sure the case stays shut is your goal, this ESR case will most likely do the trick (though I would probably use a different carabiner).

I only received it yesterday, and so perhaps I’m jumping the gun a bit, however I rarely leave reviews, let alone so quickly after having received the product, but I have to say that the quality of it is top notch! I was worried after having read some of the reviews that it wouldn’t be up to scratch and was more than prepared that I might be immediately disappointed, however I have to say that I love it! I love the way it looks, the way it works and practically everything about it! It’s probably the most expensive EarPod case out there, but completely reassuringly so! As I say I might be jumping the gun a bit, but if this review hasn’t been edited – take it from me it’s great!
