I had these lense protectors on for about 4 months, when the top lense cracked; possibly defective because I had no major drops and none of the other lenses were scratched/damaged. I contacted ESR Support directly through their website regarding this and they quickly responded saying they would send a replacement. Within 2 days, my replacement arrived! The product itself is great and the customer service reflects that.

I was impressed with this product. Fast shipping considering it was free. It was easy to install did not have problems or issue. I installed on 2 phones and took me less than 5 mins. My husband and I have same phones and same case (different colors) which is a Unicorn Bettle and as you can see there’s no lifting or bubbling because of the case. I was worried about the picture/video quality but I took a before and after without and with the lens covers and pictures/video were the same. I would recommend.

I left this review to get the warranty as part of the process. However the website wont let me upload a screen cap of it and therefore I can’t actually get the warranty. I don’t know if it’s just my end but be aware the 24 month warranty in the package might be unavailable.

Cases for S23 Ultra from known brands are priced unreasonably high owing to the flagship status of the phone. The cheaper ones from no name brands are just not upto the standards. This is where the ESR case strikes the best balance. This case is a really well made case with the right fitment and use of quality components. I am used to brands like Ringke and their fusion X line of cases. Both are priced similarly but the ESR seem to offer better build quality and the integrated kickstand cum camera guard is just the icing on the cake. It makes the ESR case offer much more value for money aspect than most popular case brands. I would definitely recommend this case for the S23 Ultra owners as a good quality protection without spending an absurd lot of money.

This case offers good protection as it has raised edges to protect the screen. The camera is also protected and the metal ring that functions as a kick stand works well, is stable and durable. The s pen is easily removed and is compatible with wireless charging.The sides of the case are a bit slippery, and also the back tends to get dirty and show smudges.

So I bought these guards for my S23 Ultra Camera, and they performed perfectly for almost one year, however, one of the camera guards fell out and got broken. But their amazing customer service quickly sent a replacement free of charge to resolve the issue. Overall, I highly recommend the product, it doesn’t distort the camera focus even at night when taking photos. I haven’t seen a slight reduction in the performance of the camera, having these guards on the camera is an extra piece of mind. I also use their mobile case protector, and I suggest you buy it, I especially love the stand built into the case, which allows me to hold video conferences easily over my phone.
