I have just ordered my phone case, screen protector and lens case and have accidentally ordered it twice. I emailed customer service and around 2-3hrs they responded with a customised email about my problem, explaining how they cancelled the order and fully refunded the charges, and how the money would return to my account in a couple of days.

ESR have thought of everything I needed to protect my new iPhone 15. The box included a screen protector, case and camera lenses protectors. As well as all the cloths and wipes to prepare the phone. I’d happily recommend this to anyone.

Purchased this for my daughter’s iPhone 15 and it was perfect. It was sleek and prevents her from breaking or from the screen cracking when she drops it

The cases are fantastic as is the lens cover for the camera. The screen protectors not so great. Have installed 5 and 4 were not usable due to bubbles. Have it 4 out of 5 stars because of the screen protectors.
