Good little ipad gadget. Although I wish the keyboard came off separately so that I don’t have to take off the whole case when wanting to use it without a keyboard. Works well, very good battery life.

Some of the product photos on ESR show the older version of this unit where there’s no case sidewall on the edge of the iPad where the FaceTime camera is. Fortunately, the product I received has the full sidewall all around the unit, which is an important improvement.Furthermore, the product looks great and works very well. It’s not quite as smooth or slick as the Apple branded keyboards, but for 1/6th the price it’s excellent! All the function keys work perfectly (volume, brightness, playback, lock, globe, keyboard switcher, etc.) The backlight is a nice touch and it’s fun to pick your own color.My only complaint is that they don’t use the same magnets in this backing case as they do on their “Shift” case (very convenient to stick to my fridge when cooking). But as this is a similar price point and has the keyboard / trackpad, it’s probably not fair to complain about this – but it’s the only thing I miss.I’m also using their Armorite screen protector which is great. It all fits together seamlessly.Amazing value for the price! ESR has become my go-to brand for cases and MagSafe!

A little heavy and bulky. The quick magnetic mount/dismount is convenient. I like the cover flap that protects my Apple Pencil. Reasonable lag time for the Bluetooth keyboard to activate (<3s).

After buying my iPad, I was looking for the perfect keyboard. My son has the Magic Keyboard and we haven’t been impressed. I wanted something durable, easy to use, and less expensive. This has been all of that and more!! It’s so nice. The fact that it doubles as a case, and that you can remove it from the keyboard, and it still have a case on it, has been very nice. I also love that my Apple Pencil is protected too. I highly recommend this product.

Arrived well packaged and was easy to mount my iPad and pair with BT. It may not be as the all singing and dancing ‘Magic’ keyboard by Apple, but it does what I want it to do. It has some nice colours for the illuminated keyboard. Some are a bit funky, if you like that kind of thing. Luckily, plain white is available.The only downside is that the keyboard goes to sleep after a minute. I wish it would stay live when connected to the mains. Not a deal breaker though.This 3rd party keyboard represents excellent value for money (just remember to go into settings on the iPad to enable the mousemat)
