Got this case to go with my iPad Pro 11 (m4) . Along with the ESR screen protector, this case has given my iPad near laptop capability. The added benefit over the apple Magic Keyboard, the keyboard folds back just like a normal folio case and has tons of flexibility. On top of being a fraction of the apple Magic Keyboard!

Only downside is that if you need to use this on your lap, it’ll flop over.

I bought a 2 pack of screen protectors for my new ipad 12 pro. The first one I installed had what looked like a little blister in the glass. The ESR site said to take a picture and send it to them. I couldn’t take a picture because of the reflective surface of the screen protector. I contacted ESR and got a fast response telling me to try the 2nd screen protector. If that one was OK, they would refund 50% of the purchase price. I did, and they did. I love a company that is responsive to its customers, and stands behind its products.

While for the money, I did not expect something spectacular, the screen protectors are decent.While the packaging was great, the instructions and kit to install the screen protector are clear, there are tiny bubbles that I just could not get rid off after applying this to the iPad . Other than that, it is what you get for that money. No complaints.

I had an excellent experience with ESR’s customer service. Although I purchased the Ascend keyboard case and paperfeel screen protectors from ESR.ca, they graciously accepted my request to match their website’s current bundle pricing for these items. This generous offer made my purchase even more satisfying. I have not received my iPad and tested the ESR items yet, but they seem to be made of high-quality materials.

Love that there is the guiding tray, ESR had that for the iPhone screen protectors and glad to see them on the iPad ones. Easy install and feels like the OG screen.

Already 1 of the 2 screen protectors was damaged. The one that seemed okay on outside had issues while applying as the adhesive at some corners was not sticking properly even after holding it for some time and removing the bubbles.

The template and cleaning kit ensures a perfect application every time (though I’ve only done one application). Well thought out application process. Appearance is great and adhesion appears great as well.
