ESR never disappoints and their extended warranty and customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced. They back up their products and show up for you if any issues come up. This product seems sturdy and well built yet chic and stylish. The ability to remove the tablet magnetically and also lay it vertically and horizontally are genius. So excited to use it and will return with updates.

I settled on purchasing this keyboard after reading the reviews and considering its functionality and features. This works perfect for my needs and I especially like the fact that it has backlit keys! What a reduced stress on my eyes! I think that it was a good decision to purchase and would highly recommend it!

I have used this keyboard for a few days now and am genuinely impress by its build quality and features. I had initial reservations after placing my order as I noticed the description stated it was compatible with iPad Pro 2021/22 but I can confirm that the keyboard / case works fine with older iPad Pro models (mine is a 3rd Gen 2019) and the case fits without issue and camera cut out works well. The ability to remove the iPad from the keyboard whilst still offering protection from the case is a big plus. My previous keyboard / case did not allow this feature and there are times when the keyboard is just in the way. The keys are well illuminated and have a nice feel to them. The adjustable viewing angle is a nice feature as is the secure mount for their Apple Pencil. The buttons on the iPad are easily accessible as well as protected from accidental activation. All told this is a great little keyboard boasting features that keyboards costing more do not offer.

I have tried the Apple Magic Keyboard and the Logitech Combo Touch for the iPad Pro 12.9 5th Gen (2021) prior to this keyboard and found both sadly lacking; the Magic Keyboard for lack of protection of the device and wearing quickly, and the Logitech for lack of protection where the pencil sits and because it cannot be used on the lap due to the way the stand works.This keyboard from ESR is good to type on, has backlit RGB keys, has a great feeling case that protects the iPad at all times, holds the pencil well and is just all round a joy to use without worry of damage to the device (or the case).At it’s RRP it’s a bargain compared to the Magic Keyboard and Combo Touch, but if they were all the same price I would still be using this case from ESR.The only thing keeping it from being perfect is the lack of passthrough charging/connection that the Magic Keyboard and Combo Touch have, but no doubt this pushes the cost up hugely due to licensing. This keyboard has a USB-C port and the battery lasts ages and the bluetooth is solid and without lag, so it’s just not an issue but I would have gladly paid £50 more for this feature.Overall it’s the best option out there as far as I am concerned, paid for with my hard earned money and I have no doubt it will last for the life of the iPad Pro.

The power point is not working after coming on just once. Other than that, the keyboard is very good and strong. I will love to change the keyboard since the power section is not working properly
