I was skeptical at first that this product would actually work and do what I needed. I decided to order and give it a try. I didn’t want to spend tons of money for the name brand Apple Pencil, so I settled with this one instead. I am very happy with it so far. It charges quickly and works perfectly for my use case. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I have to reconnect manually after bluetooth disconnect which happens after I put back on the magnetic charger. Just a slight annoyance, but overall is exactly what I needed.

Great quality, sturdy, durable. So much more substantial than the Apple version I had at a fraction of the cost!

I didn’t want to pay an outrageous price for what I wanted but settled for this. I give it 5 stars for what I paid and how well it works but I personally give it three stars compared to what I really wanted.I have the M4 model and it fits perfectly. Links right up once you charge it up and cut your Bluetooth on. I have a generic pen that works great with this iPad and my 9th generation iPad and it holds on to the top the same as the Apple Pencil.

I like that it can magnetically charge but it doesn’t stick that well and charges very slowly

Look, I like the convenience of a pen for annotating documents and filling out electronic forms. But I’m not an artist or a student and I don’t need the features of the Apple Pencil or Apple Pencil pro, with the premium Apple pricetag. So I bought this after checking out some YouTube reviews. It serves my needs perfectly: it is accurate, with good battery life and is pleasant to hold. Of note, this will not charge on the side of the iPad Air M2 version. It will stick to the side but won’t charge, and you will have to charge by USB-C. At $25, I think this offers great value for those of us that aren’t artists or students.

This is such a wonderful product! Reasonable price with durable and quality materials. Perfect for my iPad Pro 13 Inch. This was my best decision than buying the other one😙

Case is heavy, like heavy heavy but I like it, means I won’t forget it’s in my bag hahaha. But other than that, love that I vane take it off the thing easily, a bit fidgety with the magnets to sit in place when keyboard is folded under for videos but I got it like 5 minutes ago and already love it. Can take iPad off for normal use, keyboard connects really quick, a bit laggy but still inputs in correct order. Overall, good case, worth the $, bit heavy. If that’s not a problem, buy it now.

Ok, so first of all I want to say that for the price this is a nice pencil and it does what it’s supposed to be doing. For the price and the discount I’d get it.That being said I must say there are two flaws that might be important. The first one is the battery that won’t last more than a week. I’ve had ipad pencils before that could last a month without being charged so this is kind of a bummer. Second thing is the little plug that protects the USB c port. It’s going to get lost, it’s small and you have to pit it away every time you are using the port.Anyhow if this is not important to you go ahead an get, its a decent device.

The item is way heavier than iPad Pro itself so buyer be aware on weight issues.

The ESR Ascend keyboard for iPad Pro m4 2024 is simply brilliant! It is far more versatile than the exorbitantly priced Apple product. Unlike the Apple keyboard the iPad Pro actually slots into a protective sleeve that contains the magnets that will attach the sleeve to the keyboard folio part. I you want to draw or paint on your iPad (who doesn’t?) this is extremely uncomfortable with the iPad mounted to the Apple product with its limited angles from 90 degrees vertical to around 75 degrees. A pain in the wrist develops in minutes. Of course you can take the iPad out of the Apple Magic Keyboard but the you loose the keyboard function and the ability to use keyboard shortcuts in Photoshop or Painter – not a good design Apple – particularly when it’s $20 shy of $600. In Australia in the past we had bushrangers (outlaws for Americans) once who robbed people of their money – now we have Apple!! the ESR keyboard by contrast is BLUETOOTH – I wonder whether Apple know about Bluetooth? So you can either leave the iPad in the ESR folio and adjust the iPad to around 15 degrees from the horizontal where it’s comfortable to draw on the screen, OR take the iPad plus sleeve OUT of the folio and lay it flat while KEEPING the keyboard functional with access to shortcuts because it remains connected by Bluetooth. For a company that prides itself on good design sold at a PREMIUM, the Apple Magic Keyboard gets a big F minus while the ESR Ascend gets an A+.
