I was very excited about receiving this charger. It had a very strong magnet and the braided cable was nice as well. However after using it for about a week it would no longer charge my phone. I contacted the manufacturer and they were able to replace it. My rating is on the product itself and not the fact that i received a dud. I understand that sometimes that happens. I would definitely encourage a friend to purchase this product.

Case finally started to delaminate, but only after two years when outer plastic couldn’t contract again after warmer temperature change, and became loose. Flip device worked well, but I didn’t use it that much. I’d probably buy again for price, but don’t need the flip function anymore. MagSafe worked well. Would give it 5 stars except for delam issue.

Love this wireless charger, but it does get hot (as other reviewers have stated). When I place my phone on it to charge I turn it so the puck is up and getting air flow to it and that seems to help. It works well and charges my 16 pro max pretty fast.
