This is a fantastic product. Much light weight than all the ones I tried. And I have tried many brands.I bought the light one from the company which is known for cases for iPhone starting with SPI and ending with GEN and tested it against this product. And esr has proved to be a winner ONLY due to its protection of the camera lensAfter affixing the case, Put a piece of crisp paper on camera lens site and see if there is a hair’s breadth space. If the lip guard of the cover is higher than the camera lens of iPhone plus, the cover will protect the lens. If the lens is higher than the lip guard there would be scratches.Happy to note that this cover from esr is around 0.5 mm higher than the lens. Whew. If I place the phone on a hard surface my lens is safe.Many of you might keep it tucked on satin cushion for the price we pay, but my phone is supposed to work for me, make my life easy and help me at to be productive. So remembering the satin cushion when there are deadlines in the horizon is not possible.Having a back case which allows me to forgo all the extra comfort my phone lens might need is one way to make life easy.The only thing worrying me is the yellowing of the case as time passes. But I can always buy another case.To note – However anti yellowing a case might proclaim to be, the oil from our palms is much more powerful. If it can make titanium change color, how can I even expect the tpu case to not change?Just to add to the protection of my phone – esr armorite tempered glass and lens protector is affixed on my phone. The lip of the phone cover works with all of them and gives protection to phone.I don’t have the courage to throw my phone down to see if it gives military grade protection. I don’t think it allows MagSafe charging. But that is not important for meHope this puts to rest all the queries you might have while buying a back case
