This screen protector is extremely easy to install. The special casing that comes with it to ensure installation is extra smooth, it’s perfect! It’s absolutely worth it. Love this brand!

There are other companies who are selling over priced version of this product. Sponsoring YouTubers left and right, and yet this product is still better than most. The magnet works well ( apply it properly- the bump is on the outside)The screen protector doesn’t damage my pencil nib.The resistance recreate the paper feelThe screen protector’s texture doesn’t interfere with the color too much.Tested for at least 3 months of heavy used on an iPad Air 13 inches. Look up my work online by googling my name, I am a heavy user.

This is a great, solid, case with plenty of decent viewing angles available. The actual case that the iPad sits snugly within attaches to the stand by a very strong magnet.

For me, unfortunately this magnet caused a significant delay/lag in a line drawn and the tip of the Apple Pencil Pro. When working at speed – cross hatching, say – the line did not appear at all.

It also caused some gesture controls to behave erratically: the double tap wouldn’t work and sometimes it would just activate features that were not wanted – a sudden appearance of the eye-dropper or the cut and paste menu, sometimes a delete of the last move as with the two fingered tap.

I had, and still have, a Bellemond screen protector on the iPad. It’s similar to Paperlike. I thought this might be the problem, although I’ve never experienced it before. I lifted a corner of the cover and tried the Apple Pencil Pro directly onto the screen and the lag was still evident. Then I tried the pencil in the Notes App through the screen protector and it worked fine.

I got in touch with Procreate help and they sent me a list of things to try and ended by saying it is usually the screen protector or a magnetic case that is the problem. I felt despondent, slept on things and when i went to try and fix things on the iPad the following morning the problem had vanished!! I told Procreate Help and we were all overjoyed by this divine intervention and full of love for each other and the universe.

The very next day the glitches came back. Then corrected themselves again, and the divine intervention seemed to become divine-taking-the-piss. Especially as everything went bonkers again. I ran through all the Pro Help’s suggestions and it was only the removal of the iPad from the magnetic stand then putting it back that got rid of the erratic behaviour. This procedure was not always required, sometimes the pen and pad worked fine, other times i had to separate the two. Very frustrating.

On balance I thought i don’t want to be doing this, i want to just open up my iPad case and get to work. So I’ve returned this ESR.

It’s a shame because, as stated, it’s a well made case; you could be confident if you’re the harum-scarum type and/or always on the move, and your stuff takes a bit of a battering.

What’s really annoying about this anomaly of the case causing Procreate and the Apple Pencil Pro to ‘misfire’ is that it didn’t happen all the time. It’s tricky because I want to give a fair review and also make Procreate artists aware of a possible issue they might face with this collection of kit.

I suspect it may have little to do with the App or iPad. As Apple Pencils become evermore sophisticated, there will always be problems with their performance when close to strong magnets. But what do I know – I have the technical knowledge of a baboon.

Ho hey! If ESR make one of these without the removable magnetic case feature, if it was all one piece, I’d buy it.

The product is very nice. The feeling when writing is pleasant. It can be easily cleaned with a microfibre cloth. The only downside is that after some while dust or small dirty can get stuck in the small edges between the transparent screen and its black magnet band and between the cover and the black magnet band.

I really like this screen protector. It was easy to put on and has stayed in place for the past few days. I have it on top of another screen protector, and though I find the screen is a bit less responsive to my finger at times, it works great with my Apple Pencil. It’s not perfect- I can see micro-scratches on it from my Apple Pencil, and I find it attracts some dust, but these issues are minor compared to the positives. I love the feel of the screen and that it’s more matte, and I love that it’s detachable and works with my regular screen protector. If it wears out over time, I would repurchase.

In the words of my husband “this thing is freakin awesome” have used a lot of iPad cases this one blows them all away. Magnet is super strong it’s very sturdy is perfect for holding ur iPad while in bed and scrolling. Def worth the purchase. If I had another iPad I would buy this case for it for sure

The cover it’s very good, not cheap for its price. It’s a heavy cover, I like it but take it into mind. The only downside is that there is no magnet to close the cover which can be annoying sometimes. Overall it’s a classy and very protective cover. Recommend

Not sure why there are negative reviews but this case is amazing! Every other case I’ve bought is super flimsy. This definitely has weight to it but that’s how you know its incredible quality and not pure plastic film. Very lovely, durable case. And it’s awesome that you can have the ipad in the case come off the magnetic foldable stand. yay 🙂
