What should I do if the lid falls off my charging case?

To secure the lid of this case onto the lid of your AirPods case, use the adhesive strip that comes with it. Be sure to attach it properly to prevent the lid from popping off. The internal latch and strong magnets keep the lid securely shut, preventing your AirPods from falling out in the event of accidental drops. When you need to use your AirPods, just slide the switch to pop the lid open and access your earbuds easily.

 

Please note the following when attaching the lid: 

 

● Ensure the protective film covering the adhesive strip has been removed.

● The lid has been firmly pressed onto the charging case.

 

Please note that the adhesive strip will not leave any glue marks on your AirPods. When you no longer need to use the protective case, you can easily remove the adhesive strip by gently wiping it off with a damp cloth.

Can I charge wirelessly with the case on?

This depends on your device model:

● AirPods 1/4: 

These models do not support wireless charging.

● AirPods 2/3 & AirPods Pro (2019/2022/2023) & AirPods 4 (Noise Cancellation): 

You can charge wirelessly with a regular MagSafe charger, even with the case on. However, these models are not compatible with Apple Watch chargers.

What is the easiest way to take the case off?

Be sure to watch the instruction video and follow the steps below when taking off your case:


1. Slide the switch to open the lid.


2. Plug the included removal tool (or a charging cable) into your charging case's port and push it out.


3. Remove the lid.

What should I do if this case doesn't fit my device?

If the case you ordered doesn't fit your device, please provide us with your device model name or number. We'll send you the correct size, with no returns necessary.
