How to install the Camera Lens Protectors properly?

1. Clean phone camera lenses using wet wipe, dry cloth, and dust removal sticker in included cleaning kit. 


2. Remove protective film from alignment guide, align with lenses, and press firmly on each camera lens protector to fully apply. 


3. Remove alignment guide, then clean camera lens protectors using dry cloth.

What should I do if my screen is dark after applying this privacy screen protector?

The Tempered-Glass Privacy Screen Protector features a 180-degree privacy filter, which has a higher light transmission for a clearer display and blocks viewing from any angle greater than 28 degrees left and right in portrait mode.


If you notice that your display is a little darker after applying this privacy screen protector, increasing your phone's screen brightness will solve this issue.


However, please avoid increasing your screen brightness too much as this may cause eye fatigue and dizziness after extended periods of use.

How can I prevent/remove bubbles?

Bubbles on your device's screen protector are most likely caused by dust or air trapped between the screen and the protector. 

 

To remove the bubbles, use your finger or the included card to push the bubbles to the edge of the screen and out of the protector. If there is dust stuck in the protector, gently lift the nearest corner of the protector with your finger, clean the dust using the dust removal sticker, and then reapply the protector.

 

If you are still unable to remove the bubbles, you may need to apply a new screen protector. Please contact us if a new one is needed.

What should I do if this screen protector doesn't fit my device?

If the screen protector you ordered doesn't fit your device, please provide us with your device model name or number. We'll send you the correct size, with no returns necessary.
